大家好!為方便大家快速了解澳門城市大學宿舍安排及住宿相關資訊,學生事務處特別整理本常見問題集(FAQ),供同學及家長參考。
 


住宿期限


2026–2027學年宿舍住宿期限為:2026年8月20日至2027年6月20日。
 

住宿學生須於住宿期限內完成入住及退宿手續。
 


一、新街坊及中大金融中心宿舍


Q1:宿舍床品尺寸大概是多少?
A: 宿舍床品尺寸如下(僅供參考,實際尺寸以實物為準):
• 床:120 × 190 cm
• 床單:120 × 190 × 20 cm
• 被套:180 × 228 cm
• 枕袋:45 × 70 cm


Q2:宿舍會提供床品嗎?
A: 宿舍會提供一套基本床品,由同學自行清潔及保管。建議同學自備額外床品,以便日常更換使用。


Q3:宿舍配備洗衣機嗎?
A: 宿舍配備洗衣機及陽台。


Q4:宿舍還配備哪些電器?
A: 宿舍配備冷氣機、冰箱、熱水爐、熱水壺及微波爐,可滿足日常生活需要。


Q5:宿舍設有清潔服務嗎?
A: 宿舍不提供房間清潔服務,同學需自行保持房間整潔及衛生。如房間衛生狀況未達要求,將按《澳門城市大學宿舍管理規章》處理。

 

Q6:宿舍可使用的電器功率有限制嗎?
A: 為保障用電安全,宿舍內不得使用非宿舍配備且功率超過 1250W 的電器設備。

 

Q7:宿舍是否提供 Wi-Fi?
A: 宿舍提供免費 Wi-Fi 供住宿學生使用。

 

Q8:宿舍位於哪裡?前往學校大約需要多久?
A: 宿舍位於珠海橫琴。同學可乘坐巴士或的士前往橫琴口岸,車程約10至20分鐘;通關後再乘坐巴士或的士前往澳門城市大學,車程約15至20分鐘。

 

Q9:宿舍有門禁嗎?
A: 研究生宿舍不設門禁。

 

Q10:寒暑假期間可以繼續留宿嗎?
A: 一般假期及寒假期間可正常留宿。住宿學生可於住宿期限內正常住宿,並須於 2027年6月20日 前完成退宿手續。

 

 

二、本科生宿舍


Q1:學校宿舍提供哪些床品?
A: 學校宿舍提供床墊、床單、被子、被套、枕頭及枕袋等基本床品。

 

Q2:學校宿舍的床品尺寸大概是多少?
A: 床品尺寸如下(僅供參考):
• 床:190 × 92 cm
• 床墊:36 × 75 吋(厚度約 2 吋)
• 床單:36 × 75 吋
• 被套:60 × 86 吋
• 枕袋:18 × 28 吋

 

Q3:第一年來澳門讀書的新生是否可以申請不住宿舍?
A: 根據《澳門城市大學宿舍管理規章》,大一新生原則上須入住學校安排之宿舍。如學生於澳門或珠海有親屬可提供住宿,可向學校提交親屬姓名、聯絡電話及居住地址,由校方按相關程序審核處理。

 

Q4:本科生宿舍位於哪裡?是幾人房?
A: 本科生宿舍主要分佈於澳門半島市中心區域,交通便利。宿舍採用公寓式住宿形式,由於宿舍類型、男女宿舍配置、學生專業及樓層安排有所不同,每個公寓居住人數不一,房型一般為 2至6人間,具體

安排以抽籤結果及實際分配為準。
 

 

三、其他宿舍相關問題


Q1:學生保險如何購買?
A: 大學已於學生入學時統一購買學生意外保險。如學生在校園範圍內因意外受傷,可獲相應保障。

 

如有需要購買醫療保險或其他保險,大學將安排澳門保險公司於 2026年8月22日至8月23日 到校提供保險辦理服務。同學可根據個人需要,自行選擇保險類型及保障項目,相關費用將按所選保險計劃而定。
 

Q2:宿舍可以居住多久?寒假可以留宿嗎?
A: 2026–2027學年住宿期限為 2026年8月20日至2027年6月20日。寒假期間可正常留宿;住宿期屆滿後,同學須按規定完成退宿手續。

 

Q3:宿舍請假流程是怎樣的?
A: 有關宿舍請假流程,請留意學生事務處官方公眾號後續公布的詳細說明。

 

Q4:宿舍的電器使用有限制嗎?
A: 為保障住宿安全,宿生不得使用非宿舍配備且功率超過1250W的電器設備。

 

Q5:宿舍是無煙宿舍嗎?
A: 是。宿舍房間、走廊、樓梯間及其他非吸煙區域均禁止吸煙(包括電子煙)。違者將按《澳門城市大學宿舍管理規章》處理。

 

Q6:宿舍有門禁嗎?
A: 本科生宿舍設有門禁管理制度,具體安排可向舍監查詢。

 

Q7:宿舍提供快遞代收服務嗎?
A: 宿舍一般不提供快遞代收服務。同學如有網購需求,建議使用宿舍附近的快遞代收點。

 

Q8:宿舍可以飼養寵物嗎?
A: 不可以。任何學生均不得在宿舍內飼養或攜帶寵物,違者將按相關規定處理。

 

Q9:朋友或家長可以留宿宿舍嗎?
A: 不可以。宿舍設有嚴格的出入管理制度,不允許非本宿舍住宿學生、朋友、家長、親屬或其他訪客留宿宿舍。違者將按《澳門城市大學宿舍管理規章》處理。

 

Q10:如果因個人原因中途退宿,可以退回部分住宿費用嗎?
A: 根據學校規定,所有住宿相關費用一經繳交,概不退還。如學生因個人原因於住宿期間申請退宿,已繳付之住宿費及相關費用均不予退回。

 

Q11:宿舍是否提供舍監協助?
A: 有。各宿舍均設有舍監,負責協助處理住宿期間的日常管理及學生住宿相關事宜。如有疑問或需要協助,可向舍監查詢。

Student Residence FAQ 2026–2027 Academic Year

 

Dear New Students and Parents,
 

To help you better understand the accommodation arrangements and hostel policies of the City University of Macau, the Student Affairs Office has compiled the following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
 


Accommodation Period


Accommodation Period: 20 August 2026 – 20 June 2027
 

Students are required to complete check-in and check-out procedures within the designated accommodation period. Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to approval by the University and hostel management.
 


1. HENGQIN Residences
 

Q1: What are the bed and bedding dimensions?
A: The following measurements are for reference only:
• Bed: 120 × 190 cm
• Bed Sheet: 120 × 190 × 20 cm
• Duvet Cover: 180 × 228 cm
• Pillowcase: 45 × 70 cm

 

Q2: Will bedding be provided?
A: One basic set of bedding will be provided. Students are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the bedding and are encouraged to bring additional sets for replacement purposes.

 

Q3: Are washing machines available?
A: Yes. Washing machines and balconies are available in the residence.

 

Q4: What electrical appliances are provided?
A: Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, a refrigerator, a water heater, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven.

 

Q5: Is room cleaning service provided?
A: No. Students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms. Unsatisfactory room hygiene may result in disciplinary action according to the University's Residence Regulations.

 

Q6: Are there restrictions on electrical appliances?
A: For safety reasons, residents may not use electrical appliances exceeding 1250W unless provided by the residence.

 

Q7: Is Wi-Fi available?
A: Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available for all residents.

 

Q8: Where are the residences located?
A: The residences are located in Hengqin, Zhuhai. Travel time to Hengqin Port is approximately 10–20 minutes, followed by another 15–20 minutes to the University after border crossing.

 

Q9: Is there a curfew?
A: No curfew applies to postgraduate residences.

 

Q10: Can students stay during holidays?
A: Yes. Students may remain in the residence during public holidays and the winter break. Residents may continue to stay in the residence throughout the accommodation period and are required to complete the check-out procedures by 20 June 2027.

 


2. Undergraduate Residences
 

Q1: What bedding is provided?
A: The University provides a mattress, bed sheet, blanket, duvet cover, pillow, and pillowcase.

 

Q2: What are the bedding dimensions?
A: Approximate dimensions are as follows:
• Bed: 190 × 92 cm
• Mattress: 36 × 75 inches (2 inches thick)
• Bed Sheet: 36 × 75 inches
• Duvet Cover: 60 × 86 inches
• Pillowcase: 18 × 28 inches

 

Q3: Can first-year students apply not to stay in the residence?
A: First-year undergraduate students are generally required to stay in University-assigned residences. Students with relatives living in Macau or Zhuhai may submit documentation for consideration and approval.

 

Q4: Where are the undergraduate residences located?
A: Undergraduate residences are mainly located in central Macau with convenient access to public transportation. The residences are provided in an apartment-style living arrangement. Depending on residence type, gender allocation, academic programme, and floor arrangements, apartments may accommodate different numbers of residents, with rooms typically housing 2 to 6 students.

Final arrangements are subject to the allocation results and actual residence assignments.
 

 

3. Other Accommodation-Related Questions
 

Q1: Does the University provide student insurance?
A: The University has arranged student accident insurance for all enrolled students. Students who suffer accidental injuries within the campus area may be covered according to the policy terms.

 

For students who wish to purchase medical insurance or other additional insurance plans, insurance representatives from Macau insurance companies will be available on campus from 22 to 23 August 2026 to provide consultation and application services. Students may choose insurance plans and coverage according to their individual needs, and the premium payable will depend on the selected plan.

 

Q2: How long can students stay in the residence?
A: The accommodation period is from 20 August 2026 to 20 June 2027. Students may remain during the winter break and must complete check-out procedures before the end of the accommodation period.

 

Q3: What is the residence leave application procedure?
A: Please refer to future announcements from the Student Affairs Office for detailed procedures.

 

Q4: Are there restrictions on electrical appliances?
A: Students may not use non-approved appliances with power consumption exceeding 1250W.

 

Q5: Is the residence smoke-free?
A: Yes. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the residence premises.

 

Q6: Is there a curfew?
A: Undergraduate residences operate under access control arrangements. Students may consult the Residence Warden for details.

 

Q7: Does the residence provide parcel collection services?
A: Generally, no. Students are advised to use nearby parcel collection points.

 

Q8: Are pets allowed?
A: No. Pets are strictly prohibited in all University residences.

 

Q9: Can family members or friends stay overnight?
A: No. Overnight stays by non-residents are strictly prohibited.

 

Q10: Can accommodation fees be refunded if I withdraw from the residence early?
A: No. According to University regulations, all accommodation-related fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

 

Q11: Are Residence Wardens available?
A: Yes. Residence Wardens are available to assist students with accommodation-related matters throughout their stay.
